Reviews
I would definitely use Lauren again if I needed legal representation. Lauren was great and helped tremendously with my traffic ticket. I learned the hard way not to go to traffic court without a lawyer. Things seem to changed since the last time I received a traffic ticket. Lauren was always accessible and I never had to wait more than an hour for a reply to an email or other communication. She was all around great!! I can say enough how great she was thru the process
Lauren was the best lawyer I’ve ever worked with. She is very good and getting back to you quickly and easing your mind. She did a great job in representing me in court and exceeded my expectations. I wish all lawyers were like Lauren.
I have served in the Mercer County Bar executive committee with Lauren and referred her clients. She is smart, hard working, and passionately dedicated to achieving the best result for her clients. Not only was she named Mercer County Lawyer of the year, but she has shown time and time again that she is willing to do whatever is necessary to protect and serve the clients she cares so deeply about. I highly recommend Lauren Scardella for criminal defense matters because she knows what she is doing and will do everything she can to achieve the best result possible for her clients.
Lauren Scardella was a great asset to us when we needed it most. From the very fist phone conversation, to the countless emails, to the confidence and knowledge in the courtroom, Ms Scardella has earned our business and 5 star rating! Thank you again Lauren!
Great attorney!
Ms Scardella did an incredible job in helping me with a traffic matter. Her client services, particularly her communication, were top notch. During the appearance, the judge even took a moment to remark on the excellent job she did on my behalf as counsel. I am more than inclined to agree with him.
Lauren is an amazing person with a can do attitude; she’s highly skilled, professional, and deeply versed in the New Jersey law field. If I ever need an attorney, Lauren will surely be getting a call!
Lauren came highly recommended from an attorney I know who is now a judge and could no longer represent me. Wow! She was terrific right from the beginning calming my fears after I had just received my 4th summons for driving while on my cell phone. I was truly panicked at the very real possibility of losing my license for at least 1 month. Lauren provided a good solution when she suggested I attend the AAA Safe Driver Program. This greatly helped when we went in front of the judge because it showed I was very sincere in changing my bad driving habit. Plus, I presented a receipt for a new blue tooth. Also, Lauren suggested I could speak honestly from the heart to the judge about how and why I have changed. It did the trick and I didn't lose my license. Lauren was always available or quickly returned my call/email. I highly recommend Lauren Scardella.
High quality service and excellent communications
Ms. Scardella is an excellent attorney. She is incredibly responsive (every time I called or emailed with questions or suggestions, she responded within 60 minutes). She is also very well connected with the traffic and court authorities and was able to negotiate an extremely reasonable solution to a traffic ticket problem.
Lauren kept me informed from the beginning to the end. She responded to emails and texts quickly. She was great to work with.
Knowledgeable and Professional
I was recently involved in an auto accident in which I rear ended the car in front of me. I was ticketed and required to appear in court. Having never been in this situation, I was very nervous. I didn't know the process, what the outcome could be and the ultimate costs. I hired Lauren Scardella to represent me. She was very knowledgeable and professional and immediately put me at ease. She knew the judge, worked regularly with the court, told me what the range of penalties could be, what she would try to negotiate with the prosecutor. On court day, she joined me and I felt as at ease as one could be given the circumstances. She went through the process with me, negotiated the settlement with the prosecutor, represented me in front of the judge (they knew each other and he referred to her as "an excellent attorney") and the matter was quickly resolved - just as she said it would be. The fine was reasonable and the result outstanding. I was thrilled to have the situation behind me and to have had Lauren by my side. I would encourage anyone looking for representation to contact Lauren. she listens, is warm and very knowledgeable.
Friendly and quality service
Lauren is so friendly... clearly explained the process and answered all my questions. She is on time and quickly closes my matter in court. Glad that I chose her as my attorney luckily.
